This easy and flavorful casserole is easy to prepare for any occasion. The Creole seasoning really gives this dish a zip.
Saute onions, celery and bell peppers in small amount of butter. When this is tender, remove from pan. Put another small amount of butter in pan, add strips of chicken and cook until browned. Add vegetables right before chicken is done. Sprinkle Creole seasoning over this mixture. Then, put all listed ingredients in a large oven pan. Cook until broccoli is tender and rice is done, at 375 degrees for around 30 to 40 minutes. Place cheese on top and put it back in oven for a few minutes to melt cheese.
