Wedding Chicken

Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves are wrapped with bacon and placed atop dried beef, then baked with a creamy rich sauce on top.
Ingredients
- 1 jar of dried beef
- 10 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 pkg of bacon
- 1 can of cream of chicken and herb soup with garlic
- 1 16 oz container of sour cream
- 1 8 oz pkg of cream cheese, softened
- Pepper to taste
- Cooked white rice

Method
In a large casserole dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, layer dried beef to cover bottom. After this is layered, take each piece of chicken and wrap with bacon. Lay the chicken on the dried beef. After this is done, take the remaining ingredients (except rice), stir together, and pour over chicken and dried beef layer. Bake at 375 degrees about an hour. Serve over white rice.
