Ground raw turkey is combined with yogurt, green onion, fresh ginger, soy sauce, garlic and curry paste, then grilled and served in a bun, topped with a mixture of diced mango, lime peel and juice, toasted sesame oil, and mint.
Combine the turkey and the next 6 ingredients till well mixed. Form into 6 patties. Grill over hot heat 5-7 minutes per side or till the patties test done.
While the burgers are cooking combine the ingredients for the topping till well blended. The last minute of cooking, add the roll halves to the grill rack, cut side down, to toast. To serve place lettuce on the bun bottoms. Add burgers. Cover the burger with topping and add the bun top.

An Asian themed burger that goes well with a salad of pickled raw vegetables and green tea.
