Swiss Cheese Chicken

Skinless, boneless chicken breasts are baked with Swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup, herb seasoned stuffing mix, and melted butter.
 

Ingredients

  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 10-oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 soup can water
  • 1 cup Pepperidge Farms herb seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • Hot cooked rice or noodles

Method

Arrange chicken in a greased 13"x9" baking dish. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and water, stir well, and pour over chicken and cheese. Sprinkle stuffing mix on top. Drizzle butter over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Serve with cooked white rice or noodles.
