Chicken breast halves are brushed with a mixture of lime juice and poultry seasoning, grilled, and brushed with a mix of teriyaki, BBQ and Worcestershire sauces.
Preheat grill to medium-high. In small saucepan combine teriyaki, BBQ, and worcestershire sauces; add garlic. Heat mixture just until simmering; remove from heat and set aside.
In small bowl mix lime juice, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning; brush onto chicken. Grill chicken for 10 minutes, turning once. Turn again and brush chicken with the teriyaki sauce mixture. Let cook for 2 minutes, then turn and apply sauce to that side. Grill for an additional 2-3 minutes or until chicken is done.
Notes:
Serve atop your favorite greens or eat as is.
