Sweet-n-Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry

This easy stir-fry for two uses precooked chicken strips as a shortcut. Broccoli is added, and soy sauce & garlic chili sauce give flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli florettes
- 1 cup frozen precooked grilled chicken strips
- 1/4 cup lower-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp garlic chili sauce (or to taste)

Method
Using a good quality nonstick skillet, saute broccoli and chicken for 5 minutes, while you make the sauce. Combine soy sauce, sugar, and garlic chili sauce in a small bowl and heat in microwave for 30 seconds or until sugar is dissolved. Add sauce to skillet and stir for 5 minutes, until sauce is mostly absorbed or until desired consistency.
Notes: Serve with cooked rice. This is fairly spicy, so chili sauce can be reduced to taste.
