Stuffed Chicken Parmesan

Use as many chicken breasts as necessary for your family or guests. The chicken breasts are marinated in Italian dressing, coated with crushed croutons, then layered with spaghetti sauce and parmesan cheese and baked.
Ingredients
- Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Spaghetti sauce
- Croutons
- Italian dressing
- Parmesean cheese

Method
Pound chicken breast slightly. Cut in half lengthwise and let marinate for several minutes in a bowl of Italian dressing. With a food processor or a freezer bag and rolling pin, crush croutons into crumbs. Dip both halves of the chicken in crumbs on both sides. Layer in baking dish as follows: piece of breaded chicken, spaghetti sauce, parmesan cheese, breaded chicken, spaghetti sauce and more parmesan cheese. Bake @ 350* about an hour.
Notes: My parents, siblings and their families have a birthday dinner each month that there is a birthday. At almost every occasion it is requested of me to make this meal. We always have meatless spaghetti (because the meat is the chicken), salad, and garlic bread with this most-requested meal.
