Stuffed Chicken Breast

Skinless and boneless chicken breast halves are baked with onion and bell pepper, then topped with tomato sauce and desired shredded cheese.
 

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless, boneless Chicken Breast halves
  • Seasoned salt and black pepper
  • 4 teaspoons butter
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small green or red bell pepper, chopped
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • Shredded Cheese

Method

Put chicken breasts in baking dish or pan; sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Dot butter over the chicken breasts, and add bell pepper and onions. Bake at 375F about 25 minutes or until nearly done. Spoon tomato sauce over the chicken breasts and sprinkle with cheese; bake 5 minutes more.
