Ingredients:
| 1 can | Tomatoes With Green Chilis |
| 1 can | Stewed Sliced Tomatoes, use the old fashioned stewed tomatoes. the stuff with onions and basil add the wrong taste. |
| 1 can | Cream of Chicken Soup |
| 1 can | Cream of Mushroom Soup |
| 2 cans | Chicken Broth, low sodium is best if you are going to add lots of cheese |
| Cooked Chicken, leftovers work great | |
| 1½ cups | Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated |
Directions:
Pour into soup pot and heat, stirring, until cream soups melt and everything is hot. Add a dash of dried onion. Add diced chicken.
Once heated through, start adding shredded sharp cheddar cheese one handful at a time. Stir constantly while adding cheese and do not boil. I usually add about 1-1 1/2 Cups of cheese.
Helpful Tips:
Serve with additional cheese, sliced green onions, tortilla chips, olives? Recipe is easily doubled.
