The marinade for these chicken grillers is nice and flavorful. The chicken grills nicely and then gets even more flavor from the sauce that is served with it.
Cut chicken into strips.
Mix the following: dry mustard, red pepper, onion salt, 1/4 cup of honey, parsley flakes and oil. Put mixture into baggie and add chicken strips. Marinate for 1-4 hours. Grill chicken strips over hot coals 2 minutes each side, or until juices run clear. Serve with dipping sauce made with mustard, horseradish and remaining honey.
