Pluck's Marinated Grilled Chicken Breast

Skinless, boneless chicken breasts are marinated in a mixture of bottled Italian dressing, paprika, garlic powder and cumin before grilling.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons fresh oregano
- 3 to 4 fresh parsley sprigs
- 1 bottle (8 oz.) Italian dressing
- 3 tablespoons Hungarian paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 5 or 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

Method
Finely chop fresh herbs and combine with Italian dressing and all other spices in a zipper-lock plastic bag. Gently shake. Add chicken breasts. Gently shake to distribute marinade. Release excess air in bag. Refrigerate and let chicken marinate overnight, or at least 6 hours. Grill on medium heat, turning every 3-5 minutes, and basting with leftover marinade immediately after each turn. Cook to correct internal temperature, checking with thermometer. Slice chicken at an angle as with London broil. Serve over garden salad or with spicy roasted potatoes.
