Pepper Chicken In Creamy Wine Sauce

Chicken thighs are cooked with red & yellow sweet peppers, onion, mushrooms, and a sauce made from cream soups and white wine.
Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into cubes
- 1 red bell pepper sliced thinly
- 1 yellow bell pepper sliced thinly
- 1 small yellow onion sliced thinly
- 8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 small can sliced olives
- Cooked rice or pasta

Method
Place chicken into crock pot. Layer peppers, onion, and mushrooms on top of chicken. Combine soups and wine and pour over top. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 6-8 hours. Stir in olives. Serve over rice or your favorite pasta.
