
An easy stir fry of chicken and vegetables made with a sweet garlic sauce.
Spray the skillet with Pam. Cut up 3-4 pounds of chicken into smaller pieces and put into skillet. Chop or dice 2 Onions and add into skillet. Add 2 Tablespoons of Minced Garlic into skillet. Add One Pound of Oriental Vegetables into skillet. *Mix thoroughly throughout* Cook the above ingredients until done.
After the above mentioned is cooked add 4 Tablespoons of Saucy Susan Peach/Apricot Preserves and Mix thoroughly. Cook additional 5 to 10 minutes and serve over white rice.
Notes:
This dish can be prepared either in a wok or a skillet with a cover.
