Method

Place chicken in a shallow pan or dish. Rub seasonings onto chicken. Melt butter in skillet and add vinegar. Brush melted butter mixture over chicken, and pour a small amount in pan to allow chicken to absorb flavor. Cover with foil and place in fridge about an hour. Once grill is ready, place chicken on grill and brush with vinegar mixture. Flip and baste about every 8-10 minutes for an even, golden brown.

Notes: Grilling time varies according to size of chicken and grill. Once juices flow clear, not pink, you are done. Avoid over cooking, as this can dry chicken out.

Number of Servings: 6
