New England Mexican Chicken

Four ingredients are all that is needed for this recipe. Chicken, green chilies, salsa, and Mexican shredded cheese combine for this easy dish.
 

Ingredients

  • 1/1/2 lbs skinless boneless chicken breast
  • 1 4-oz. can diced green chilies
  • 1 16-oz. jar salsa
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese

Method

Place chicken in a casserole dish, top with green chilies and follow with salsa. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 45-50 min or until chicken is tender.
