Mushroom Chicken Spaghetti

Chicken and spaghetti in a creamy portabello mushroom sauce.
 

Ingredients

  • 3-4 medium boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 large package of spaghetti noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 large portabello mushrooms
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

Grill the chicken breasts until cooked through then let rest for 10 minutes before slicing into 1/2 inch thick strips. Boil the spaghetti in water until al dente, and drain. In a skillet, saute the mushrooms. Heat the soup in a sauce pan until warmed through. Combine the mushrooms and soup together. Place the spaghetti on a platter and pour the soup over the top along with the chicken.
