Mushroom and Dressing Stuffed Chicken

Use a stuffing mix and this recipe becomes super easy. Just stir in canned mushrooms, stuff the chicken and top with canned soup.
Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 1/2 cups prepared or
- homemade chicken-flavored stuffing
- 1 cup fresh or canned sliced mushrooms
- 1 can (10 3/4-oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/4 cups milk

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wrap chicken breast in plastic wrap and use meat mallet to pound out meat to 1/8 to 1/4 inch thickness. Mix together 1/2 cup mushrooms with stuffing and stuff each breast with 1/4 cup of the mixture. Fold breast over and secure with toothpicks. Arrange in a 2-quart baking dish. Combine soup with milk to thin out and pour over prepared breasts. Sprinkle remaining mushrooms over top. Cover with foil and let bake for approximately 1 hour.
