Ingredients:
| 1 cup | Muffin Baking Mix |
| 1½ cups | Cooked Chicken, chopped or |
| 2× 4.5 oz cans | Chunk Chicken, drained |
| 1× 10 oz pkg | Frozen Chopped Broccoli, rinsed and drained |
| 1½ cups | Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
| 1 cup | Milk |
| 3 | Eggs, beaten slightly |
| ¼ tsp | Seasoning Salt |
| ¼ tsp | Pepper |
| Potato Chips, optional |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish. In prepared dish, place chicken, broccoli and cheese. In a separate bowl, combine baking mix, milk, eggs, salt and pepper until well blended. Pour baking mixture over chicken mixture in prepared dish. Bake 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with crushed chips the last 5 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
