So healthy, so delicious. Baked chicken is wrapped with cheddar cheese, red onion and Caesar dressing in a honey wheat tortilla.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 baked boneless, skinless chicken breast strip, cubed
  • 1 honey wheat gourmet tortilla
  • 1/8 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp diced red onion
  • 1 tbsp light Caesar dressing
  • Salt, pepper and Accent to taste

Method

Layer cooked chicken, salad dressing, cheddar cheese and onion on tortilla. Season to taste. Fold sides of tortilla and tuck in one end.

 

Notes: This recipe contains 275 calories and 7 grams of fat. I found that the Caesar salad dressing and red onion paired very well together and essentially "made" the dish.
