This simple homemade dish is healthy and makes a filling dinner.
 

Ingredients

  • 100 grams Ramen noodles
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 6 oz chicken strips
  • 1 cup broth

Method

Stir fry garlic and ginger. Add meat and vegetables, stir in sauces and broth. Thicken with cornstarch and serve over noodles.
