Lose Weight Stir Fry

This simple homemade dish is healthy and makes a filling dinner.
Ingredients
- 100 grams Ramen noodles
- 1 cup celery
- 1 carrot
- 1 green pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 tbsp oil
- 6 oz chicken strips
- 1 cup broth

Method
Stir fry garlic and ginger. Add meat and vegetables, stir in sauces and broth. Thicken with cornstarch and serve over noodles.
