Method

Dice the dried beef and sprinkle in the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Wrap each chicken breast (or 2 tenderloins, side by side) with 1 strip of bacon; lay on top of dried beef. Mix together undiluted soups and sour cream. Spread over chicken. Bake at 275 degrees F for 2 1/2 hours. Serve with egg noodles or mashed taters! (If you wish, this may be assembled a day ahead.)

Notes: I assemble this recipe a day ahead; it makes a great meal to entertain with--everyone RAVES about the dish!
