Ingredients:

| 1½ cup | Flour |
| 2 Tbsp | Allspice |
| ½ tsp | Salt |
| ½ tsp | Pepper |
| 1 tsp | Garlic Powder |
| Sauce: | |
| ½ cup | White Wine |
| 1 cup | Chili Sauce |
| ½ cup | Honey |
| 2 Tbsp | Chinese Garlic Chili Sauce |
| 2 Tbsp | Brown Sugar |
| 4-5 dash | Es Tabasco Sauce or, to taste |
| 20 | Chicken Drummettes |
Directions:
Mix batter together in a pie pan. Double coat about 20 chicken drummettes. Bring 2 inches of oil to 350 degrees in a frying pan. Cook chicken about 12 minutes until golden brown, then drain on paper towels. Mix sauce together, dip browned wings in sauce, and place on foil lined baking sheets. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 20 minutes.
