Honey Mesquite Chicken

Let this chicken marinate in the crock-pot for a bit and finish it on the grill for that tasty look and flavor.
 

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 jar mesquite marinade
  • 2 tablespoons dried basil

Method

Mix honey and mesquite marinade together and let sit for two hours. Put chicken and mixture in crock-pot and add basil. Keep crock-pot on warm for an hour. Then cook chicken on grill and continue brushing with mixture. Chicken should not take long to cook.

 

Notes: Don't cook to long as it will dry out.
