Herbed Baked Chicken

Bread crumbs and herb seasoning give this healthy baked chicken a satisfying crunch.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 3-4 lb chicken fryer, cut up
  • 1 8 oz container plain breadcrumbs
  • Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning

Method

Wash chicken pieces thoroughly and pat dry. Place a small amount of water in a 9 X 13 inch baking pan. Add a tablespoon of seasoning to breadcrumbs and mix well. Coat chicken pieces with breadcrumb mixture well. Place chicken skin down in baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Turn and bake for another 1/2 hour until juices are no longer pink.
