
Skinless boneless chicken breasts, pounded and stuffed with hot pepper jelly, jack cheese, cilantro, peaches and jalapeno pepper, rolled up, then grilled.
Preheat grill to medium-high. Lay chicken on work surface, boned side up. Season with salt and pepper. Spread pepper jelly over top. Sprinkle with cilantro. Top with cheese, peaches, and jalapeno. Fold sides in; roll up jelly roll style. Secure with wooden toothpicks (soaked in water for 30 minutes, if desired.) Brush with butter. Grill 3-4 minutes on each of four sides.

Forget the ho-hum burgers and hot dogs...grill this up and you will be crowned king or queen of the grill!! Spicy and sweet...perfect!
