
Chicken cubes and cleaned shrimp are marinated in a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, herbs and mustards, then grilled on skewers with vegetables.
Combine the first 10 ingredients
and pour over chicken and shrimp; let marinate for 1/2 hour at room temperature, or cover and refrigerate up to 2 days. Drain off marinade. Cut up vegetables; skewer the chicken, shrimp, and vegetables, and place on the grill about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on every side.

I marinate the chicken and shrimp separately.
