Grilled Chicken Salad with Fruit

Adjust the amounts for this recipe depending upon how many you wish to serve. It combines grilled chicken pieces, with salad greens, hard cooked egg, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, onion, grapes and orange segments, drizzled with your favorite dressing.
Ingredients
- Skinless boneless chicken breasts
- Grill seasonings (to sprinkle)
- Mixed salad greens
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Hard cooked eggs, sliced
- Feta cheese crumbles
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Red grapes, halved
- Orange segments

Method
Grill chicken, sprinkled with grill seasoning, till done. Slice or chop into bite size pieces. Mix with other ingredients. Serve with your favorite dressing. (I think its best with ranch.)
Notes: Salad is even better the next day so you could make this ahead of time and store in refrigerator. Can add or substitute the fruit you like.
