Fruity Asian Salad

Chicken in teriyaki marinade is cooked, then tossed with salad greens, mandarin oranges, chow mein noodles, dried cranberries and Asian dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 bottle teriyaki marinade
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 large bag torn salad greens (iceberg or romaine blends work well)
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 15- or 16-oz can Mandarin oranges, drained
- 3/4 cup of Asian Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing
- 1 cup chow mein noodles

Method
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and put into a sealable plastic bag with the marinade, for at least 30 minutes. On stovetop, heat oil over medium-high heat; add chicken and cook through. Meanwhile, in a large bowl add lettuce, cranberries and Mandarin oranges, then add dressing and toss to coat. Add chow mein noodles and the cooked chicken and toss.
Notes: This is quick, easy, and great.
