
Skinless, boneless chicken breasts are marinated in a "hot" chipotle pepper sauce with hoisin sauce and toasted sesame oil, then grilled.
Combine the Hoisin Sauce, Chipolte Sauce, Sesame Oil, Salt and Pepper in a large Zip-locking bag. Add chicken breasts, and make sure they are all coated. Marinate as long as you can, at least 3 hours. Grill for eight minutes on first side, and for six minutes on the second side, or until done.
Notes:
I have tested this on a gas AND a charcoal grill, and the charcoal does make it taste better. If you can possibly marinate overnight then do so.
