|1 lb||Boneless Chicken Breast, cut into one inch pieces|
|1 can||Cream of Chicken Soup|
|1 can||(15 Oz) Chicken Stock|
|2 stalks||Celery- Sliced|
|1||Small Onion- Diced|
|Pinch of Ground Nutmeg|
|1½ cups||Biscuit Mix (bisquick)|
|1 Tbsp||Chopped Parsley|
|Salt & Pepper, to taste|
Combine the first seven ingredients in the crockpot; stir. Cook on low setting for 6 hours.
Combine biscuit mix, milk, and parsley in a bowl.
Stir the chicken, season with salt and pepper to taste, then drop spoonfuls of the dough mixture onto the chicken in the crockpot. Turn crockpot up to high and cook an additional 45 minutes or until dumplings are done.
