Easy Chicken & Biscuit Sandwiches

Buttermilk biscuits are filled with chicken, yellow squash and Cheddar cheese to make handy little sandwiches--just bake for 10 minutes and they're ready to go.

Ingredients:

1× 6 oz pkg Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
½ cup Cooked & Finely Chopped Chicken
⅓ cup Coarsely Shredded Yellow Squash
¼ cup Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
½ cup Light Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Honey Mustard
½ cup Reduced Fat, bottled ranch dressing

Directions:

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Separate biscuits and flatten to a 3 1/2 inch circle. Divide chicken, squash and cheese among circles, placing filling on one side. Fold the empty sides over filling and pinch edges to seal. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Place biscuits on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and mustard. Serve with biscuits alongside the ranch dressing.
