Dolly's Chicken and Stuffing

A super simple supper--boneless skinless chicken breasts, sour cream and a box of stuffing mix.
 

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, whole or cut up
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 box stuffing mix

Method

Grease a casserole dish and cover the bottom with chicken. Spread sour cream over chicken. Spread stuffing mix over sour cream. Cover with tin foil and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook for another 5-10 minutes to brown the top of stuffing.

 

Notes: Just add a tossed salad, vegetable of choice, and a piece fruit pie.
