Dilly Chicken Salad

This quick-to-fix salad for two combines chicken, celery and golden raisins in a low-fat dressing with yogurt, cream cheese & dill.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons low fat garden vegetable cream cheese
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1 cup cubed, cooked white chicken meat
- 3/4 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Leafy greens

Method
In a large bowl combine yogurt, cream cheese, and dill. Mix well and add chicken, celery and raisins. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve on a bed of greens.
Notes: I grow my own dill and dry it for use during the winter. You can use fresh or dried dill here.
