Crunchy Onion Chicken Tenders

Chicken breast tenders are coated with a mixture of mayo, horseradish mustard, and Worcestershire, then rolled in crushed French fried onions and skillet-cooked.
 

Ingredients

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil - about 1/2 cup (Use enough to coat the bottom of the pan)
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. French's Horseradish Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. French's Classic Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 cups French's French fried Onions
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless Chicken Tenders
  • 1 tsp. Salt, or to taste
  • 1 tsp. black pepper, or to taste

Method

1) Preheat olive oil in a large skillet 2) Mix mayonnaise, Horseradish Mustard, and Worcestershire until combined. 3) Place the French Friend Onions in a resealable, plastic bag; crush with hands or a small mallet 4) Pat chicken tenders dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper 5) Coat chicken evenly with the mayonnaise mixture 6) Coat chicken tenders in the crushed French Fried Onions to cover completely 7) Pan fry the coated chicken tenders for 8-10 min, or until cooked through

 

Notes: Serve with a simple, steamed veggie such as broccoli or asparagus.
