  • Cook Time: until done

Ingredients:

1 Frying Chicken, cut up (or just purchase the pieces you like
Pepper, just sprinkle a little in with the crushed cornflakes.
1 cup Cornflake Crumbs
1 cup Lowfat Milk
1 tsp Rosemary
Onion Powder, to taste
Garlic Powder, to taste

Directions:

Take your cornflakes and put them in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush them up.

Remove all of the skin from the chicken and dry the pieces.

Mix the onion powder and garlic powder and the rosemary into the crushed cornflakes; dip the chicken in the milk and into the seasoned crumbs.

Let stand briefly so the coating will adhere.

Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.

Make sure you discard the leftover milk.

Helpful Tips:

I sometimes add a bit of cornstarch to the mix to help make it a crispy coating.
