|6||Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves|
|2 cups||Flour, for coating|
|2 Tbsp||Roasted Garlic|
|Salt & Pepper, to taste|
|Olive Oil, as needed|
|2 jars||Alfredo Sauce|
|16 oz||Sour Cream|
|1||Large Package Shredded Colby Jack Cheese|
|1 cup||Dry White Wine|
|1||Large Package Sliced Mushrooms|
|Cooked Linguini or Rice, if desired|
Coat chicken in mixture of flour, garlic, salt and pepper. Brown in some olive oil on both sides. Place chicken in a crock pot with remaining ingredients, mixing gently with a large spoon. Cook on high heat setting for 4-5 hours (or on low heat for 8-10 hours) until chicken is very tender. May be served plain, or over linguini or rice.
