Cut chicken into cubes. Season with sazon, adobo, and salt/pepper then cook until done. Moisten with Italian dressing, and cover with bread crumbs. Add all vegetables, including onion and garlic into a bowl with the cream of broccoli soup. Stir all ingredients together. Prepare stuffing in a pan per instructions on the box. Place a thin layer of stuffing in a 13 X 9 inch buttered baking dish. Place chicken over layer of stuffing, then cover chicken with mixed vegetable and soup. Cover that with a layer of stuffing. Place in a 350 degree oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
This meal is very filling and covers all the basic neccesities in a complete meal. Goes great with a salad and Italian bread and butter.
