Ingredients:
| 1 | Whole Chicken |
| Italian Seasoning | |
| Garlic Powder | |
| 2 boxes | Chicken Stuffing Mix |
| 1 | Large Can Condensed Cream Chicken Soup |
| 1 | Small Can Condensed Cream of Celery Soup |
| 1 stick | Butter, cut up |
Directions:
Boil chicken with Italian seasoning and garlic in enough water to cover chicken. When done remove chicken; reserve 3 cups of broth, and melt one stick of butter in it. Set aside. Discard skin and bones from chicken; cut up large chunks of meat. In a large bowl combine chicken with soups. Mix well and place in baking dish. Sprinkle stuffing over chicken mixture. Pour broth-butter mixture over stuffing. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
