Creamy Chicken Casserole

Cooked chicken is combined with condensed cream of chicken and celery soups in a baking dish. Packaged stuffing mix is sprinkled on top, then moistened with chicken broth and butter before baking.

Ingredients:

1 Whole Chicken
Italian Seasoning
Garlic Powder
2 boxes Chicken Stuffing Mix
1 Large Can Condensed Cream Chicken Soup
1 Small Can Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
1 stick Butter, cut up

Directions:

Boil chicken with Italian seasoning and garlic in enough water to cover chicken. When done remove chicken; reserve 3 cups of broth, and melt one stick of butter in it. Set aside. Discard skin and bones from chicken; cut up large chunks of meat. In a large bowl combine chicken with soups. Mix well and place in baking dish. Sprinkle stuffing over chicken mixture. Pour broth-butter mixture over stuffing. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
