Creamy Chicken All In One Casserole

A box of stuffing mix and canned soup cut the prep time in this creamy baked chicken and veggie casserole.
Ingredients
- 1 box chicken stuffing mix
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded cheese of choice
- 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp rosemary
- 1/4 tsp oregano

Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9 X 13 baking dish. Combine all seasonings and rub over chicken. Mix stuffing and soups then press into pan. Combine vegetables and spread across stuffing mixture. Slice chicken into strips and lay across vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 30-40 minutes until all ingredients are cooked through and cheese is melted.
