Cranberry Chicken

Meaty pieces of chicken are dipped in a mixture of onion soup mix, French dressing, and cranberry sauce, then oven-baked.
Ingredients
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 small bottle of French dressing (the orange-colored kind)
- 1 can of Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
- 2 lbs. meaty chicken pieces (thighs, legs or breasts)
- Hot cooked rice

Method
In a bowl, combine onion soup mix, bottled dressing and Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce. Mix well. Dip chicken pieces in sauce and place in a baking dish. Pour any remaining sauce over chicken in dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serve chicken and its sauce over rice.
