A filling of crabmeat, brie cheese, green onion, mayo and sour cream is spooned inside chicken breasts before grilling.
Blend first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast; fill with spoonfuls of the mixture. Secure with a toothpick. Brush white wine on tops of chicken and add remaining mixture on top as well. Grill chicken breasts over indirect heat about 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
