Crab and Brie-Stuffed Chicken Breasts


A filling of crabmeat, brie cheese, green onion, mayo and sour cream is spooned inside chicken breasts before grilling.



Ingredients:

  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. brie cheese
  • 1/2 c. lump crabmeat
  • Accent seasoning (optional)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Finely chopped green onions
  • 4 large skinless, boneless Chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 cup of dry white wine

Method

Blend first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast; fill with spoonfuls of the mixture. Secure with a toothpick. Brush white wine on tops of chicken and add remaining mixture on top as well. Grill chicken breasts over indirect heat about 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
