Country Rice and Chicken

Onion and sweet peppers are cooked in a wok. Cooked chicken, water chestnuts, ripe olives, Worcestershire sauce, teriyaki sauce, garlic and herb seasoning and brown sugar are stirred in.
Ingredients
- Steamed rice, about 2 cups or more
- 3 Chicken breast, cooked and cut in strips
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- Green, Yellow, Orange, Red sweet peppers, cut in strips
- Worchestershire sauce, to taste
- Black Olives
- Water Chestnuts
- Black Pepper
- Teriyaki sauce, to taste
- Garlic and Herb powder, to taste
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar (it's a must)

Method
In Large Wok heat 2 tablespoons olive oil. Dice garlic and add to oil with onions; saute till golden brown. Slice peppers in strips; add to onions and saute peppers until crisp-tender; set aside in bowl. (Do not rinse wok.) Add Worcestershire sauce to Wok about 1/2 to 1 tablespoon at a time. Add 1 tablespoon water. Add chicken; turn heat to medium. Toss until browned; add water chestnuts and olives; add teriyaki sauce about a tablespoon at a time. Stir in another tablespoon water, the garlic and herb powder and the 1 tablespoon brown sugar; serve chicken mixture over rice. You now have a nice simple meal for a family of 4 or more.
