
Try this easy low-fat vegetable chicken soup recipe for a filling dinner that's good for you.
Clean boneless skinless chicken breasts, bake or boil chicken, Pour chicken broth & tomatoes into large pot. Wash & chop all vegetables, then add the harder vegetables to the broth first, and the softer vegetables last. Add cooked chopped chicken. Bring to a boil turn down and simmer about 1 & 1/2 hours. Enjoy!
Notes:
This was a soup from a diet to lose weight, it was made with turkey sausage, but it has less fat this way, and it taste much better, but if you like it with turkey you can use 4 low fat turkey sausages.
