Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

Chicken with a super-simple sauce. A perfect main dish for those busy week nights.
 

Ingredients

  • 4-6 pieces of chicken (see notes)
  • Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • Envelope of Onion Soup Mix

Method

Place chicken in 2 quart casserole dish. Mix cream of mushroom soup with dry soup mix and pour on top of chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.

 

Notes: You may use small frozen chicken pieces (wings, thighs, legs) without first thawing. Or use up to four chicken breasts that have been completely thawed.
