A light, healthy dinner just perfect for a hot evening--chicken, vegetables, grapes and almonds served on a bed of fresh greens.Ingredients
- 1 pkg French dressing mix
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 2 cups frozen vegetable blend
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 1/2 cup seedles green grapes, halved
- 2 tbsp slivered slmonds
- 1 medium bag garden salad mix

Method
Prepare dressing as directed, using orange juice instead of water. Place frozen vegetables in a colander and run under water until thawed. Toss together chicken, vegetables, grapes and half of dressing, then keep chilled until serving. Arrange salad greens on platter and sprinkle almonds on top. Scoop salad onto lettuce, using extra dreesing as desired.
