|6||Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Halves; Cooked, cooled and cubed into bite sized pieces|
|1 cup||Slivered Almonds or Cashews, or a combination|
|1 cup||Crushed Pineapple With Juice|
|1 Tbsp||Chopped Fresh Cilantro or, to taste|
|Pepper, to taste|
|6||Large Croissants or 12 Smaller Croissants|
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve, or at least 2 hours. Serve on croissants.
