Chicken Noodle Veggies

Chicken breast strips are cooked with sesame seeds, sweet pepper & onion, and tossed with cooked egg noodles.
Ingredients
- 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast strips in bite-size pieces
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 16 oz pkg egg noodles

Method
In a large heavy skillet, place oil and chicken pieces over medium heat. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring to prevent sticking. Add green peppers, onions, sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Place cover on skillet and reduce heat to low. Let cook about 15 more minutes. Meanwhile, in separate medium saucepan, cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Pour noodles into large serving bowl. Pour chicken mixture over noodles; toss and serve.
