A tasty baked dish with chicken stuffed croissants and sauce made with chicken soup.

  • Servings: 8


2 Rolls of Croissants, from the dairy case
2-3 cups Chicken Pieces Fried In Skillet With Butter & Onions
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
½ can Milk
½ can Water
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper


Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, mix chicken, half of the cheese, and spices together. Spray pan with cooking spray. Unroll croissants and fill with chicken mixture. Then re-roll and lay in pan. In a sauce pan, heat soup, water and milk together until hot, then pour over croissants. Top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.

Helpful Tips:

Refigure points by using reduced-fat croissants, cheese and soup, and skim milk.
