Chicken Barbeque

The key to this delicious recipe is turning and basting the chicken often. Try it for dinner tonight!
Ingredients
- 2 2-lb ready to cook broilers, halved
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 T ketchup
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 t prepared horseradish
- 1 t sugar
- 1 t salt 1/2 t chili powder
- 1/2 t cayenne pepper
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 small onion, chopped

Method
Clean and dry broilers. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water. Add rest of ingredients and blend well. Pour into saucepan; bring to boil. Cook 10 min. over low heat. Brush chicken with sauce. Place on greased grill, skin side up. Broil until well done on high rack turning and basting with sauce frequently. Allow 35-40 minutes for well-done chicken.
