Chicken and Veggie Stir Fry with Brown Rice

This healthy dish is packed with vegetables like carrot, onion and snap peas. The sesame oil brings a flavor that is perfect.Ingredients
- 1 box brown rice
- 2-3 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2-3 tbsp Dynasty Chinese stir fry sauce
- Snap peas
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1-2 carrots, cut in strips
- 1 onion, cut in strips

Method
Prepare rice according to instructions on box. Cook chicken in sesame oil until chicken is 85% cooked. Remove and add vegetables, garlic, carrots and onions. Add stir fry sauce for flavor. Once chicken is cool enough to touch, cut into trips on a diagonal and add to stir fry to complete cooking, 8 minutes or until fully cooked and vegetables are al dente. Serve over brown rice.
