Prepare rice according to instructions on box. Cook chicken in sesame oil until chicken is 85% cooked. Remove and add vegetables, garlic, carrots and onions. Add stir fry sauce for flavor. Once chicken is cool enough to touch, cut into trips on a diagonal and add to stir fry to complete cooking, 8 minutes or until fully cooked and vegetables are al dente. Serve over brown rice.
